We have fixed fees to enable you to weigh up the costs first.

Please note, there are some additional costs which may apply under certain specific circumstances. This below list covers our extra work in dealing with particular circumstances and is not exhaustive.

Applicable for majority of cases

Basic Equity Release Fees £595 plus VAT
Confirmation of Property Ownership £5 plus VAT and any necessary disbursements
Each Bank Transfer of Completion Funds to your account/s £30 plus VAT
